HONDURAS COC DECK & ENGINE SIDE (OPERATION & MANAGEMENT LEVEL)

Documents Required:

• ● Copy of a valid national passport. (Validity for more than six months).
• ● Color passport size photograph (light or white Background).
• ● Copy of Previous COC (Should be Online, only for officers looking for Upgrade or Higher Rank).
• ● Copy of Seaman book (For officers and a fresh application for junior officers).
• ● CDC Stamp pages.
• ● Copy of Valid Passport.

• ● Medical Certificate.
• ● Ratings forming part of a navigational watch (Deck for AB rank CDC).
• ● Ratings forming part of an engineering watch (Engine if required for Oiler rank CDC).
• ● Certificate of proficiency (II/5 for ABD CDC).
• ● Certificate of proficiency (III/5 for ABE CDC).
• ● CDC and stamp pages for AB/ABD/ABE/Oiler position as required.
